Research origin and commercial execution stay distinct
XG Capital Strategies is the research origin and retains the foundational research and IP. Kairos Dynamics is a separate company in formation, intended to turn selected XGCS research into software other organizations can run. The licence between them is planned and has not been executed.
Two entities with different jobs
The separation is deliberate. XGCS remains the research origin and retains foundational pre-existing work and internal activities. Kairos is intended to become the product company investors and customers engage with.

XGCS remains the origin of Ebb & Flow, Heatmap Strategy Lab research, internal market research, publications, and unrelated programs, and retains the foundational research and IP. Selected pre-existing technology is intended to be licensed to Kairos. That licence is planned and has not been executed.

Commercial Decision Intelligence platform
Kairos is being formed to generalize the strongest research-control machinery into a deployable product: autonomous predictive research, falsification, negative knowledge, prospective evidence, decision governance, and controlled advancement against customer-controlled data.
